Any shipping costs displayed on quotes for schools or organizations are estimates, as the actual cost may vary once the order is placed. Order Processing and Shipping Time Frames

  • Orders are processed as soon as possible, though ordering processing times may vary. During high volume sale seasons, which are typically July-September, please allow 3-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
  • Estimated shipping time frames are not included in order processing times. Estimated delivery dates are determined by the shipping carrier. Shipping time frames may vary based on the shipping carrier, shipping method selected, delivery location, size of order, inclement weather impacts, or potential service interruptions.

Tracking Your Shipment

  • Use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to track your order via USPS or FedEx.
  • If tracking information shows your shipment has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier using the information provided on their website.
