Return Policy
Products must be purchased directly from Logic of English in order to be eligible for return.
Printed Products
Printed products with proof of purchase may be returned within 90 days. Items must be returned in like-new condition and must contain all components. Items that are returned with damage or in used condition may not be approved for a refund.
- Items wrapped in plastic such as flash cards, game cards, readers, and phonogram tiles may be opened. All components from the product must be present. Please package flash cards, game cards, or tiles in a secure manner.
Partial Order Returns
Products purchased separately or as part of a bundle may be returned individually.
Sets
Products purchased as a set must be returned as a set. All materials purchased as a set must be included in your return request and return shipment. Products that may be purchased as a set are listed below:
- Foundations Core Material Set
- Foundations D Children’s’ Literature Set
- Essentials Core Material Set
- Phonogram Game Card Set
Digital Download Products
Products purchased in a PDF and MP3 format are not eligible for return.
Online Course Subscriptions
Online course subscriptions with proof of purchase are eligible for return within 90 days. Course access will be deactivated once a return has been processed.
Scratch and Dent Items
Scratch and dent items are not eligible for return. Items labeled as scratch and dent are purchased as is and are offered based on availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please reach out to our customer support team if you have questions or concerns about an item from your order.
Request a Return
You may request a return using the following options:
- Option 1: Log in to your Logic of English webstore account to view your order history. When you open an order, you may use the “request return” button. This will allow you to send a return request, note the reason for your return, and add any notes to your return request.
- Option 2: You may request a return by submitting the form below.
Our team will review your return request and provide you with updates regarding your request. Return requests that do not meet our return policy may be denied.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges related to the original order, as well as the return shipping cost, are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns valued at $5,000 or more will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Credit for returned items will be refunded using the payment method for the original purchase. If an alternative method of payment must be used, our team will notify the customer of the return payment method.
