Digital Product and Use Policy

Online Course Subscriptions

All courses can be accessed at elearning.logicofenglish.com.
Customers will have access beginning on the date of purchase for one year.
Each course subscription is tied to one specific email account.
Only one device can be logged into an account at a time.
No portions of a course may be recorded or published online on any site, platform or Learning Management System (LMS).
PDF materials provided within a course may be downloaded and used according to the Single User Licensing Agreement. See below.
Online courses are intended to support instruction for individual learners within their own individual account. Login information should not be shared.
A teacher may show and interact with online courses on a smartboard or other screen, virtually or in person, as part of collaborative group or classroom learning.

Each digital product comes with the following limited reproduction license:
Single User License - This digital license is for use by ONE individual. The licensed user may use the file on any device or computer and may print it. The user may not sell, share, copy, transfer or distribute files or prints to people not covered by the license. The file may be shared ONLY with members of the licensed user's immediate family or household.

Annual Classroom Licenses purchased prior to January 1, 2025 are subject to the following license agreement: The license is for use by one teacher with his/her direct students for one year. The licensed user may use the file on any device or computer and may print it. The user may not sell, share, copy, transfer or distribute files or prints to people not covered by the license. Multiple teachers in the same school must each have their own purchased license.
Customers are responsible for downloading and saving digital products on their own devices.
Download links to digital products will be provided via email.
Logic of English reserves the right to change digital download services and links at any time including but not limited to when a product is no longer offered in our store.
