Business Account Information
How do I access my new account?
To access your account, simply use the link in the email, and you’ll be able to log in right away. If you can’t find the email, just let us know, and we’d be happy to resend it!
I didn’t receive the email or can’t find it. What should I do?
No problem! We can resend the access email to you. Let us know if you do not receive it.
How will I know if I’m logged into my Business Account?
The first time you log into your Business Account, you will receive a pop-up welcome message! Any time you are logged into your Business Account, you’ll notice a "Welcome to your Business Account" message in the header of each page.
Can multiple people from my school place orders?
Yes! Multiple individuals can be provided permission to place orders for your organization or specific locations within your organization. Contact our customer support team to customize your Business Account to meet your needs.
Will my order history transfer to the new storefront?

How do I request a quote or place an order in my Business Account?
Once you’ve logged into your new Business Account, you’ll have access to our full product catalog as well as exclusive school discounts. To request a quote from our team or to ask questions about how to place an order for your specific organization type, contact us.
What are my payment options with a Business Account?
You can place an order using a purchase order or a credit card. If paying by credit card, a processing fee of 3% will be applied to orders of $10,000 or more.
If your account settings require order approval and you’d like to pay by credit card, please contact a member of our team for assistance with the process.

How do I request a custom quote for a classroom or site license to use digital products and online courses with multiple users?
To request a custom quote for a classroom or site license for digital products or eLearning courses, please contact our support team. This option allows you to purchase a license for multiple users.
Discounts
What discounts are available when ordering through a Business Account?
Customers with a Business Account receive access to discounts for volume pricing on qualifying products when purchasing in bulk. Discounts for bundles and sets are available as well.
How can I tell which products are eligible for volume pricing?
Products eligible for volume discounts will display a note stating “volume pricing available” located underneath the product price listed. Printed products eligible for volume pricing will discount when purchasing 20 or more of that product.
Do volume pricing discounts apply to bundles or sets?
Volume pricing applies to individual items only. Bundles and sets are currently offered at a discount of 10% for all customers. These discounts are applied in the cart.
