Pine Island Announced as New Home for Minnesota-Based Literacy Company

Pine Island, Minn. – Logic of English, a Minnesota-based literacy company, has announced plans to move and grow its operations into a new headquarters in Pine Island. The company, which was founded in Rochester, in 2010, is working with Reality Growth Inc. (developer), A.B. Systems, Inc. (general contractor), TSP Inc. (architectural firm), and Frandsen Bank & Trust to start construction on the headquarters later this year.

Community leaders in Pine Island look forward to welcoming Logic of English to the area. Frandsen Bank & Trust business/agriculture banker Chris Stelling said, “The Pine Island Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome Logic of English to the Pine Island business community. Logic of English began operations in the founder's home in 2010. With expanding product lines and market reach, they have expanded their warehouse and office space in Rochester multiple times. The next step was to find property that could continue to grow with them. Logic of English was pleased to find a site in Pine Island where they could build their long-term headquarters.

Located off U.S. Highway 52, construction of the 30,000 square foot warehouse and office space is slated to break ground on May 7 of this year with a tentative move-in by the end of the year.
